Steven Felger, PMP
Partner
Steven Felger is a Consultant working with AIM Execution Consulting out of San Diego, California. Mr. Felger specializes in project management, business capability modeling, developing structured frameworks from which to assess and evaluate unstructured problems, leadership vision and execution.
Steven’s motto for achieving project and business goals is “Show up. Find a way. Bring everyone with you.” He has a vision to support clients in realizing their gifts and actualizing their ideas in a safe space of unlimited possibilities; Possibilities without permission.
Prior to becoming a Partner at AIM Execution Consulting Steven worked at Hewlett-Packard and Gartner Consulting. Steven is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served for six years as an in-flight refueling instructor prior to receiving his M.B.A. from San Diego State University and his PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute.
Outside of work Steven enjoys hiking and going to dog beach with his Rhodesian Ridgeback, Achilles. He enjoys reading, philosophical discussions, leadership and volunteer work, comedy shows, and spending time with family and friends.
Libby Lefanowicz, PMP
Partner
Libby Lefanowicz is a Consultant working with AIM Execution Consulting out of San Diego, California. Ms. Lefanowicz is a leader and project manager who excels at driving transformational initiatives forward ensuring effective project governance and proactive risk/issue management resulting in timely, quality deliverables. She has a passion for helping businesses move forward with integrity and intention while ensuring the work gets done, leaving nothing on the table!
Prior to becoming a Partner at AIM Execution Consulting Libby worked at Gartner Consulting and Symantec. Libby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from San Diego State University and an MBA from the Rady School of Management at the University of California San Diego. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
Outside of work Libby enjoys any way she can stay active including yoga, golf, weightlifting, climbing and alpine skiing. She enjoys teaching and inspiring others in things about which she is passionate. As a long time Registered Professional Ski Instructor of America, she also recently earned her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification and teaches yoga in San Diego.
